wedding cake

Photo from Wedding de Moulin. Fairy Tale Photography
It’s been about six months since I’ve had wedding cake, and I fear I’m going into withdrawal. Monsieur Moulin and I had a dose of sweet, heavenly wedding cake when our bakery, precious little Cake Stand in McKinney, TX, made our complimentary top tier for our one year anniversary. And it was delicious. Like, “I can’t believe we ate that entire cake in less than one week” delicious. In my opinion, weddings exist for three reasons: the décor, the celebration of love (yeah, yeah, yeah) and the cake. So I’m going to need a friend to get married, or I need to be a plus one. Stat.

  1. Mmhmmm. I think our one-year anniversary cake was the best cake I've ever eaten! And, I'm glad to hear that somebody else had their one-year cake topper re-created. I'm all about cake but NOT cake that's been sitting in my freezer for a year! Haha!
